Dozar.ai (“Dozar,” “we,” “us”) provides construction project software and related services, including the Dug assistant. Questions about this policy: info@dozar.ai.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide and information created when you use Dozar, including:
- Account details such as name, email, company, and password credentials.
- Demo requests and support messages, including optional project notes.
- Project content you upload or enter, such as blueprints, contracts, receipts, photos, schedules, budgets, and field updates.
- Usage data such as pages visited, feature use, device type, and approximate location.
- Authentication cookies and similar technologies needed to keep you signed in.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate, secure, and improve Dozar, including to:
- Create and administer accounts, projects, and customer support.
- Process documents and questions so Dug can generate answers, schedules, and flags.
- Send service, security, and product notices.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
- Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. AI processing
Project content and prompts may be processed by Dozar and by subprocessors that provide model inference so Dug can read documents and generate responses. Do not upload content you are not authorized to share. Model outputs can be incomplete or incorrect; you remain responsible for jobsite decisions.
5. Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the service, including with:
- Infrastructure, email, analytics, and AI vendors acting on our instructions.
- Professional advisers and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- A successor if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
6. Retention and security
We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and backup purposes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices
You may access, update, or delete certain account information from the product, or request help at info@dozar.ai. You may also close your account. Some records may be retained where we have a legal or legitimate business need to keep them.
8. Children
Dozar is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
